A Long Farewell

No noble mans deed goes forth deemed by those within the north celtic by the sacred heart that travels by way of horse and cart

A Long Farewell

No noble mans deed goes forth
Deemed by those within the north
Celtic by the sacred heart
That travels by way of horse and cart

No noble stead shall turn its head
And line the way by passage yet
By flint and stone we walk alone
As we make our way back home

Solace sage upon this age
Fetch for me the glided cage
And watch among those who war is waged

Solace be the sacred kiss
That vanishes into the mist
Listen to the voices hiss
A long farewell to loves first kiss

Broil for me beside the fire
And curve the quest of your desire
Turn away as I do now
And leave your mark without a sound
