Beneath The Briny Blue

Beneath the surface of briny blue
Supine the reeds swayed so gently in the sea
Capitan tales would tell the secrets of worlds
Hidden beneath the briny blue
Tales where made a plenty
About the Coral Sea and all its shanty

Submerged beneath this underwater slender
Shipwrecks that mark the passage of the way
And the sufficed the sailors made
Where they now rest forevermore
Upon the ocean floor
Beyond the sandy shore
Beneath the briny blue
