Beyond The Heavens

Beyond the heavens you drift there in the silence around the light of a distant star I wonder if you're barren as I look upon the stars are the coverings upon your surface dressed in rock and ice

Beyond The Heavens

Beyond the heavens
You drift there in the silence
Around the light of a distant star
I wonder if you're barren
As I look upon the stars

Are the coverings upon your surface
Dressed in rock and ice
Are you lifeless within the darkness
Or are you filled with a premature life

Are there seas upon your surface
With the crashing of the waves
Are there seeds of life teaming upon the surface
With the coming of the rains

Are trees upon the surface
That sway upon the breeze
Are you aware of our existence
As we move throughout the night
