Earth, Wind, And Fire

The motion of the planet
As the lava flows like an endless ocean
As it moves beneath your feet
Feel the power of the earth as you walk the city streets

Upon the new horizon
The winds gather out of sight
Longing for the future, as the sun fades out of sight
Grey clouds over hang sheltering the bay
Waiting for the sunrise longing for the day

As the fire of your soul
Lights the way to the quiet place inside
Do you long for the future
As we drift throughout the night

Are we longing for the sunrise
Or the quiet place to hide
As we move with earth, wind, and fire
Are we challenged by the future
As we move forward in our daily lives
