Evens Gate

The moon was cooled by distant lights set adrift upon the still of night to light the passage to mark the trail a pale light shone from yon window break

Evens Gate

The moon was cooled by distant lights
Set adrift upon the still of night
To light the passage to mark the trail
A pale light shone from yon window break
Admidst the fog at evens gate

The silent scream of summer dreaming
Amongst the seeds of forbidden soil
An echo told of distant sights
Fire and ice would mark the way
Before the dawn of a brand new day
