Evident
Beside the coffers and the hops
Look among the things you've got
The cup's half empty and yet the heart is whole
And there is light within my soul
Brazen be the den of thieves
And when I'm here I hear the breeze
Bequeath of me but besiege me not
Before this burden the body rots
Cavalier thy noblest hearts
And yet there are tears beside the harp
For I am humble in the rain
And honour thee in thy good name
Evident and like the evergreens
Falsetto as it is, and so it seems
Beside the void of endless screams
Fathom be thou words, men say in haste
Then to take a life in foolish waste
Harlequin, the quall of part
And there are tears within my heart
