Hope From The Ashes

As hope springs forth from the ashes
We honour those who have gone
As we all watched twin towers fall
Stricken with the grief
We prepare to go to war

But if a great nation
Could turn a tragedy in to peace
Your leaders would be the heroes
You would have saved the day

For the UN can hunt the evil ones
After all that's what they're for
They could choke the mother land
Of evil with the power of international law

And you could be the peace keeper
And show the world the way
For as long as you look to warfare
There is no future for this planet
That would mean that evil has
Already won the war.
