I Am Humbled When You Are Near

From that very first moment
You took my breath away
Shall I stay for just one moment
Or turn and walk away
For the last chance

Shall we dance beside the fire
Treasured seed of my hearts desire
While we whisk our thoughts away
Will I find the words to say

Beneath the moonlight in the still of night
To hold you tight beneath the light
For in this world riddled with sin
How do I begin to understand

Intertwined one another's hands
As we sit here upon this land
Forever might just fade to grey
But here my heart will stay

All you need to do is say
The words I long to hear
For I am humbled when you're near
