Immortal Enemy Of The Sun

Wherefore art thou now
And who among you has the vow
Mid unrest in due duress
Pestilence I must now stress

Immortal enemy of the sun
From whence the others come
How hath thou been turned to dust
Burdened by the seeds of lust

Unwooed by less of a better man
Then to be the one to understand
Butterflies, the bluebells rhyme
Alas to know thy place in time

Twice the heart has yearned as much
To feel the softness of innocence touched
Hath thou heard, coyote howls
And that has brought the vixens out
