In Memory Of you

In Memory Of 11th September

We remember the day that changed the world as the twins began to fall
Let us remember the men and women and the sacrifice they made
As they battled with the living terror of that day
That day changed the world forever in so many diffrent ways

For it was the spirit of those who crawled
From within the smoke and ashes
That we remember on that day the spirit of humanity
As liberty and justice prevailed, as the world showed compassion
For those who died with the signing of the flame

We remember those who battled adversity
Upon the darkest of days we will remember
With our heads held high those who reached
For the heavens and the lives that they saved

We remember thoses who carried the human spirit
With pride as they came through the smoke filled streets
Of new york city and moved forward from that day
Let us remember those who have fallen
As the twin towers crumbled away upon the darkest of days
And may we remember the sacrifice they made
