In The Stillness Of The Night

In stillness of the night
The silent hours seem to pass us by
The motion of the stars
Shine above us in the heavens

Does the world really know
The power of true love
Are we humbled by the beauty
Of the world that waits outside
Do the tears of our eyes
Fall with the gift of nature's rain

Does the motion of the waves
Move our hearts tonight
Do we feel the essence of our lives
As we watch the heavenly lights

Are we swept away with the dawning of the sunrise?
Do we understand the beauty
In a world of constant change
Do we really understand the power of our lives?
