Linger
Sweep upon me like gentle rain
And feel my breath and just the same
Taste upon the sensual lips
Just like the purest honey drips
Soothe the silk sheets that had lined the bed
And there I felt my heart pulse and yet
In grandeur there is pure delight
Beneath the stars, as we held each other tight
Feel the rhythm, which thou have known
And look at all the things I've shown
And all the warmth to quill the fire
That burned within your hearts desire
Besiege in breath and take my plate
Upon the seal of heavens gate
For you have walked with unearthly feet
And to the heavens you taste, just as sweet
Indulge in me for I am yours
And to our souls we must explore
Tempered be thy tainted hand
But you are women and I am man
Bond by this I understand
Within this notion you are there
And what love has known, I come to bare
No lovers linger beside the gate
Where upon rest, a banquet set before my plate
