Lonely Stranger
Passing clouds give place
To Venus as it reveals its face
Beacon of celestial light
Staring through the lens, it may be
You look so peaceful within my sight
Lonely stranger in the night
As I listen to the song of birds singing
The sounds of chimes as they are ringing
Its symphony leaves me breathless
Nevertheless, I feel your longing
As I look upon your celestial light
Lonely stranger, fade from sight
As twilight fades before the light
A solemn farewell to you this night
