Moonlit Echoes Sunrise

Moonlit echoes sunrise
Twilight whispers in the night
Among the shadows in my sight
What thoughts give way to the rise?

One hand in hope and with that notion
Hearts are bound like endless oceans
Flurry not, less ye take flight
For I am hope within the night

No gentler shall I be in nature
For there is faith in you my neighbour
Together we could be so strong
Apart the nights just seem so long

One hand in faith, but bound in truth
For we are lost within our youth
Innocence shed, the solemn tears
That we have felt through countless years

To this my heart, my heart is true
One breath in life and bound in truth
Within innocent eyes, we lost our youth
