My heart
Entice me, less deceive me not
It doesn’t matter if you’re hot
My heart is the greatest gift I have
And that is the seed of my eternal love
I am not wealthy in earthly pleasures
But in my heart I feel my treasures
Sacred breath that I now depart
Carry the message of my heart
Even though I walk with earthly feet
Among the lonely barren streets
There is the rhythm of my heartbeat
That warms the soul with earthly feet
Cobble stones, I may be all alone
To know thyself and feel my home
Neither twain the false mans heart
With shallow tears that have depart| Poetry 1 | Poetry 2 | Poetry 3 | Poetry 4 || Poetry 5 | Poetry 6 | Poetry 7 | Poetry 8 |
