Reflections

Reflections of long lost yesterdays
Quickened in my mind
Of things that I had done yesterday
Just to bide my time

My dreams and aspiration
Of the loves I left behind
Pass conquests still fresh
In the back of my mind

The things I have said
The things I have done
Just to find direction
As I make my way in life

Reminds us all
Remember everything you feel
As you grow along the way
For what you are feeling now
May be the same as yesterday
Lessons learned
That May help us all as we live our lives Today
