Shadow Of The Underhand
Unlikely we were justified
Beyond the binds of compromise
Seize the sentient within your lies
Passion quipped before your eyes
Shawl, shelter me from rain
Should I think before I refrain
Who could have seen the total sum
Solutions fall, dominoes fleeting one by one
Fallen through so many answers
I could have been your private dancer
Chances that I should never have taken
Feel the earth beneath me shaking
Foolish eyes have lead me blind
I should have seen the second sign
Quilled by father Lucifer
Beyond the bonds of Jupiter
Say for me and I am
A shadow of the underhand
Merry be my misery
Before the bonds of liberty
