Silhouette Of The Heart
Passage yearned beside the fires burned
The twist of fate a heavy weight
Born am I of flesh and bone
Not am I of flint and stone
Silhouette of tainted breath
That I had brought upon myself
Like books the rest upon the shelf
Am I a mirrored image of myself
Beset by time significant ones
By light of the dawn of the golden sun
Tears that I've shed
With the beat of my heart
Silhouette of the privilege
But what is the sum
Silhouette of the heart
