The Beauty Of Our Land

From the southern alps to the highlands
From to valleys to the plains
There is the gift of natural beauty
That is native to this land
From the kiwi to the weka
From the sparrows in the trees
From the forest to the oceans
From the rivers and the streams
There is beauty in abundance

From Invercargill in the south to hamner springs
The gift of natures beauty is there to be seen
From the garden city of christchurch
To the capital of wellington
There's the gift where nature and the cities
Come together as one living in harmony

From takapuna in auckland to waipara in the south
The beauty of this nation is everywhere to be found
It's in our land it's in our water
All you need to do is stop and look around
