The Heart Of The Ocean

With the fading flowers
The heartache will fade
With the feelings of shame
For you have known me
And loved me within the roots of your mind
I will be by your side
To have and to hold you
As we walk within the light

For the heart is always open
With the choices we make
But by the light of the ocean
The spirit won't break

For the soul is the beacon
And the light will lead the way
The body may be broken
But our spirits remain the same

For I am the river that runs to the sea
The white waves upon the ocean
Whispers the essence of me
I am the heart of the ocean & the sound of distance waves
