There Be No Turning
Shot beside the radio
Forget the stereo
I've lost the TV show
Is there a place to go?
I've felt the cascade of pure emotion
And felt the heart flow
As deep as the ocean
The mighty river bends
But then it never breaks
But is that all it takes
There swimming in the lake
I lit the candle in moonlight
And watch the flame
Slowly burn in the twilight
Is there a lesson to be learned
Beneath the fires that burn
As we spin throughout night
Shall we walk in the light?
There be no turning back
We've given up the slack
