Unlike You With Earthly Feet
Tiny morsels of mislead passion
Lead the way to hopeless fashion
Fully equipped with earthly pleasure
And there is hope that I will measure
For there are treasures beside the peat
Tasty morsels twice as sweet
And unlike you with earthly feet
The nectar of honey is pure and sweet
Like the autumn leaves in rain
I feel the sadness of my pain
No sorrow have I felt in loss
On bended knee before the cross
For I have known the hand of love
And written words among the stars above
Embellishment beside the fire
Have quilled the hand of my desire
And there is that within the spell
That I cast and know so well
For I am merely the empty cup
That awaits the dawn and hopes for luck
To pray beside the morning sun
And count my blessing as they come
For I am a man of earthly pleasure
And the are thoughts that I have measured
And I have come to know you well
Forbearer of my earthly spell
